We also automatically collect certain information when you use the Services, such as device and browser type, IP address, pages viewed, referring URLs, and marketing campaign parameters (for example, UTM tags), using cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta (Facebook) Pixel.

How We Share Your Information

- Lending partners: To process and evaluate your funding inquiry, we share your information with lending partners and their application platforms, including Business Capital, LLC and other affiliated or third-party lenders. Once you are directed to a partner’s application, that partner’s own privacy policy governs the information you submit there.
- Service providers: Companies that perform services on our behalf, such as customer-relationship management and email delivery (for example, HubSpot) and website hosting.
- Advertising and analytics partners: Such as Meta Platforms, Inc., to help us measure and improve our advertising through pixels and similar tools.
- Legal and safety: When required by law, to respond to legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of No Fee Funding, our users, or others.
- Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.
